  Room and Staff were great. Was not happy only finding out about breakfast not being in the hotel and was giving a coupon to use in nearby restaurant which covered 1 egg , toast coffee. Had to pay extra for more and did not bring my wallet as i was expecting a decent breakfast from the amount i had to pay for the room. In the past breakfast was just off the lobby and you could have as much toast, cereal, and other items without added expense. Please reduce your rates if you are not going to offer a sufficient breakfast. Pass some of the saving in your operating costs by not having added labour costs to serve breakfast

  I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Bathurst for a business trip. The staff were great to help with anything that I needed from check-in to check-out! Everyone was very pleasant.

  Had an awesome week long stay at the Bathurst Best Western Plus over Christmas. The staff is very friendly and the complimentary full breakfast is delicious and made to order. You can upgrade to something even bigger for $6. The rooms are modern and very clean and the king bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. The restaurant staff were all very chipper and so were the front desk staff. Great place for an evening nightcap and the chicken wings are good. Overall, a really great experience.

  This is a nice hotel for sure, very comfortable. Nice pool and friendly staff. We had an issue with the heater in our room shorting out which made things a bit chilly. You get a nice breakfast offer in the morning, nice little restaurant however both our poached eggs for the Benny were a bit overcooked. Still would recommend this as a nice hotel

  Would like to thank the staff at the Best Western in Bathurst for the week end. We are looking at moving there and the friendliness and help of all the people that worked there helped us to look forward to our move to Bathurst. Again I would highly recommend your Hotel for the room, and restraint.
