  First, the menus were the wrong language. So, instead of hiring a translator, we had to guess on our orders.

  Usually get good service but today was an exception. Called in a hot top salad and got ther 10 min later. Had to wait an additional 40 min for my salad. Nobody seemed to be making it.

  The time of the meal was too long. A tidy time in the restaurant business( barring extremely busy nights) is about 45 minutes to an hour. We were there for 40 minutes before our meals even landed on the table.

  This place is a hit or miss. Not consistent. Sometimes everything is OK, while other times (like last night) waited almost an hour to get luke warm food... that's my reason for 3 stars

  To make complaint #2 even worse, the waitress seemed as though she didn't care to see if we wanted a beverage or not.

  I have had Lasagna that is so filling, I can't finish a half of it. I had an order of Regular Lasagna at Pizza Delight, confident that I would be nice and full. It didn't happen. Actually, I had 2 Cokes and 2 servings of bread with it and was still hungry. Very dissatisfied.

  In conclusion, this place is made to be a restaurant for kids. Why? Because it was the only thing enjoyable about my stay. The desserts on the Kids Menu are very well thought out. I enjoyed watching my daughter as she received her special dessert.

  Have had dinner here several times and it keeps getting better each and every time. Great service and caring staff make it a great place to have a meal.

  Number 5. They messed my order up. I wanted a Ceaser Salad to accompany my Lasagna, but they completely forgot about it. So I had to get the bill adjusted, which was yet another nuisance.
